Dr. Achyutananda Mishra holds two master?s degrees, one in Law and another in Commerce, along with a doctorate in Law. His specialization is in Constitutional Law, with research interests in the philosophy of law, human rights, democracy, globalization, justice, and sustainability.
Dr. Mishra has over 25 years of teaching experience in law. He guides post-doctoral fellows, PhD scholars, and LLM dissertation students. He has published extensively in national and international journals and has presented papers at various conferences and seminars.
Since 2015, Dr. Mishra has been associated with Christ University, currently serving as a Professor of Law. He has been the PhD Coordinator for the School of Law (Central Campus) since 2017 and previously served as the M.Phil Coordinator.
He is a life member of the Indian Law Institute (ILI) and the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies (ICPS), New Delhi. Dr. Mishra obtained his LLB degree from Sambalpur University, Odisha, in 1996 and practiced as a lawyer in civil, criminal, and revenue matters.
